The founders hand the baton to their sons, who create Entretien P.E.A.C.E. Plus inc.
Entretien P.E.A.C.E. Plus is awarded numerous contracts, including McGill University and the prestigious Palais des congrès de Montréal convention center.
Entretien P.E.A.C.E. Plus acquires Eastern Building Services Corp., a New England-based company providing facility services to more than 5 million sq. ft. of commercial and industrial space.
Aéroport de Montréal chooses Entretien P.E.A.C.E Plus for the janitorial services of the Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau international airport which – along with the Palais des congrès convention center – a testament to the company’s ability to provide the facilities services to even the most complex environments in Montreal.
Awarded first Synergy Property and grows with this client, expanding from 150 thousand sq. ft.in 2012 to more than 2 million by 2015.
Assists in the revitalization of the outdated NEEP, which becomes The District in Burlington, MA., and is awarded the contract for the 1.2 million sq. ft. office park, including retail spaces and hotel.
Awarded Merrimack College, the company’s first US university contract.
